As others said, regarding the concentration or changes in relation to wealth, particularly for those lower-income households in the bottom 50%, any increase in wealth accruing to them is mainly attributed to paying down debts and mortgages. Their situation in terms of their actual income has not really changed. In his opening statement, Dr. Collins referred to deferral mechanisms, particularly in relation to CAT and local property tax. We would very much be in favour of that so that people who are perhaps asset rich but cash poor can defer the payment of these taxes perhaps to the estate or such a time where it would be more appropriate in terms of their income.
