The warning would be given to leave the area and desist from whatever behaviour, and if that were not complied with, the next step would fall immediately into place. The challenge for us with this legislation, on the converse of that, is that if somebody leaves location A and moves to location B, he or she will have complied with the warning but shifted location in terms of breaching the law.
