I do. The issue is that there should be a minimum essential standard of living for every child. Where the income cannot be recouped from another parent, there should be an increase in the qualified child rate. If people are getting maintenance at a proper level from parents who are there and are able to help, it should be a case of each child having a minimum essential standard of living.
