No. We did have discussion with the NTA but there has been no progress. We did get a favourable conversation. The NTA realises that it is a problem. For the benefit of those who are not familiar with what the Deputy is asking about, essentially, it is when somebody signs up to a contract or is tendering for something for a period of years. They are applying for something and they have no idea what their fuel costs are going to be. Many operators were severely stung in recent months in situations where they signed up for contracts with no fuel variation clauses. It creates huge uncertainty.
