Much of Cork City Council's numbers are made up of a pretty large social leasing scheme of 135 units. Interestingly, regarding the choice based letting, CBL, system, and certainly not in terms of the first CBL units, we have not found that people have differentiated between new build units by the local authority or an approved housing body. We still have people waiting ten or 11 years who are bidding on these properties. Social leasing activated planning permissions in the city.
