At this point in time to the best of my knowledge there is nobody exactly taking that particular one and doing a grant programme for putting fridge doors in retail establishments or garages or anything like that. As part of the wider work, when you go into a small business and look at the energy provider the project co-ordinator will get an energy audit and look at the measures available to that business. Normally, what the Deputy has just described is one of a suite of measures you would be recommending and we would fund that package for a small business through the community energy grant scheme.
