We procure integrated design teams that would have quantity surveyors and architects on them to design and manage those projects for us. The days of local authority architects and quantity surveyors holding the pen on every single project are more or less gone. The other thing to look at is that the processes we use and how we do it is also much more efficient than it was in the past.
