Mr. Donal Moriarty:

No. Aer Lingus mainline does not operate PSO flights. Our franchise partner, Emerald Airlines, operates the Donegal to Dublin service on a PSO basis. However, as a short-haul mainline airline, Aer Lingus does not do so.
