Within the framework, the elements would be designed, whether that is the CPD or how one actually schedules what happens during the July provision. There is a certain onus and accountability from a departmental point of view on what is actually happening. If one is a new school leader, for example, one very much needs the clarity of having guidelines which tells the person all along the way-----
