Recently, one of the things that was said was that we need to learn lessons from previous experience regarding big contracts. This is a case in point. There are all sorts of figures about what it will cost to build the hospital before there has been any tender process. That is leaving aside the appalling decision on the land on which the hospital will be located, and its ownership. What year did the project preparation change? The decision on gate 2 is referred to.
