I am not sure if the CHO wants to come in, but I will just make one general comment. Obviously, I cannot comment on any of those individual cases. They all sound like awful tragedies. The Deputy has the information on them; I do not. In many cases, where some people have been failed by the service, it is raised with us. The coroner or others might do so. I cannot comment on those cases but across our services throughout the country, many of our staff and service users are delivering good care in mental health services and they are highly committed.
