Before Mr. Durkan answers these questions, I have to work out the issue of time slots. I want Mr. Durkan to have the opportunity to answer those questions - we all do - but I want to make sure I am being fair to everybody. The SDLP slot is next. I do not think Alliance Party members can make it today, nor can Green Party members, as far as I am aware. Following this reply, the speaking time will rotate to Sinn Féin's second slot, if that is okay. That is fair as everyone would have a second opportunity. On your marks again, Mark.
