If I may add to that, the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland was not a party to that report but Northern Ireland has been going through a process of trying to do some work at Assembly level in respect of a bill of rights for Northern Ireland and, unfortunately, that work is parked. We have all given evidence to that ad hoccommittee and we are very much of the view that rights should not be diminished but should be strengthened and that there is a role for a bill of rights in Northern Ireland.
