No, I do not think so. We must look at the amount of private investment that went into this as well. There was €47 million from other investors plus another significant investment by another individual into the gallops themselves. We have definitely learned lessons for projects going forward.

We have applied those to our capital guidelines and we have applied them in particular to the work we are doing on Tipperary racecourse. There has also been a lot of good work done in the Curragh that is probably not very evident to people just yet. I hope they will start to see that by next year.
