When I talk about it being done earlier, I am talking about a number of years ago. For the past number of years, the hospital in Limerick has had the highest number of trolleys. As the trolley counts in Limerick are among the highest in the country, clearly there was a problem there. Dr. O'Connor is quite right. A fresh pair of eyes is always a good thing but I put it to him that Limerick is the eye in the eye of the storm. That is the perception. I will move on.
