I am telling the Vice Chairman that all investments take some time and energy but some of them require a lot less than others. If somebody invests in different asset classes, that is fine. We want to keep people investing in the private rental sector.

It is not passive. It is classed as passive, but there is work, legislation and compliance as part of it.
