My concern is that this loss of €108 million is funding by public money that has gone into this company, and the Comptroller and Auditor General does not have access to audit their accounts and, therefore, the Committee of Public Accounts does not have any remit to examine them. We should note this for when Horse Racing Ireland is in before the committee. It is a serious matter that funding is being transferred and the Comptroller and Auditor General has said that there is a loss of €108 million. Will Mr. McCarthy explain "loss" in this context? Is it that there is no benefit received from that €1.8 million? What way is the loss explained?
