If the courts or, on the competition side, the CCPC through its new adjudication mechanism find an infringement and valid evidence in a follow-on action - and this is certainly seen on the competition side which is outside the scope of this Bill - the qualified entity, QE, would not have to prove the infringement. It would be able to rely on the previous finding. Again that will depend very much on the precise nature of the-----
