Given that the results are so spectacular, is there a need to extend that programme? Will that be part of the solution? I know it is an expensive programme; I do not know how much it costs. The results seem to be very positive and they are not just agricultural; they catch many issues regarding the farming catchment area itself. This may be a debate for another day. We have five or six of these locations with different soil types and different farming activity - dairy, grain beef etc. Does that give us a different way of going forward rather than having a monthly test?

What I am trying to say is instead of having the monthly test by the EPA, which is obviously very helpful, should we not extend this programme to make it more efficient as regards the information. As far as I have been informed, water was tested every ten minutes.
