There is an urgent Government meeting taking place and the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science, Deputy Simon Harris, will be delayed. I propose that we suspend this meeting until we can get confirmation in the next ten or 15 minutes, and then start the meeting. We must start the meeting at that time. To cover us all and to be on the safe side, we will suspend for 15 minutes. The indication is that the Minister will be a few minutes late. Is that agreed? Agreed.
