One of the issues I have noted is that even when the applications are made online, sometimes when they are checked the photograph is rejected by the person who sees it visually. That appears to be the case from some of the anecdotal evidence I have had. Is Mr. Conlan satisfied that the investment made has stood up in all aspects, especially with respect to the photographs? It appears to be one of the issues that crops up.
