The Business Committee meeting is going on at the moment where it is being scheduled. While on paper, it addresses the issue, in fact it does not because this process will not have any influence on the legislation unless the Department can tell us now that it will redraft and include anything that comes out of this meeting today in the legislation that will be published later this evening. If that is the case, good luck to them. They will be fairly busy. It still calls the whole process into question and how the Department looks at it. What the Chair says allows us to be able to submit amendments if we see the legislation in time, that is all that it does. It does not do anything about the robustness of the legislation or the process. That is important.
