A very significant period for IT development needs to happen across every telecommunication company - it is called "service provider" within the Act - that is subject to this particular set of changes and provisions or production and preservation orders and all these mechanics. There need to be staff changes, not just technology. Modifying technological issues on telecommunication networks is an extraordinarily expensive endeavour. The answer to the Deputy's question is between 12 and 24 months.
