My question was about whether we could look at that. This issue comes on the back of a submission from the Irish Farmers' Association. Head 38(9) states, "Where the Office considers that there are insufficient grounds for acting on a complaint, it shall inform the complainant of the reasons within a reasonable period of time after the receipt of the complaint." Would the complainant be informed in writing? Is there a need for that to be specified?
