On No. 1281B, the correspondence from RTÉ indicated that the scope section does not have any remit in respect of pensions or holiday liabilities. I ask that we seek further clarification from RTÉ on whether these matters will form part of the discussions with workers once the Revenue and scope section investigations have concluded. Did the Chairman reference No. 1290B?
