I wish to return to Mr. Doyle, bearing in mind that we are in a public forum and this is the Committee of Public Accounts and that people are looking in. Would the Secretary General consider appropriate the appointment of a chief executive to the board of the Housing Finance Agency, in light of the damning Standards in Public Office Commission report, SIPOC?
