I thought that Mr. Doyle might say that and the reason I am asking this is because the de-municipalisation of waste was mostly a cost issue for the majority of local authorities, in that this they simply could not make it work. Mr. Doyle’s Department has oversight over a great deal of that funding, which is why I ask this question.
