I am not asking about places; I am asking about a percentage of the whole. We know that the numbers are rising, so the numbers could be increasing as a flat rate, but if the housing committee has identified the goal of reducing provision of accommodation through PEA, is that goal being met? Are we bringing more NGOs into the sector?
