Let me just add a caveat. Of course it is their right to appoint the experts of their choice, but there should be some consensus about experts. I do not believe that, for instance, the local dog catcher, as was suggested to me at the CAC in the UK, could be an expert. I do not believe that. I believe that experts should have a certain degree of expertise that can clearly be shown to help an EWC and that can be set out in the agreement between that EWC and management.
