I move amendment No. 68:

In page 53, after line 13, to insert the following: “Amendment of section 47 of Act of 1961

49. Section 47 of the Act of 1961 is amended—

(a) in subsection (2A), by the deletion of “has been”, and

(b) in subsection (3)—

(i) in paragraph (f), by the substitution of “,” for “, or”,

(ii) in paragraph (g), by the substitution of “, or” for “.”, and

(iii) by the insertion of the following paragraph after paragraph (g):

“(h) a variable speed limit.”.”.
