I ask the Minister and his officials, who have already looked at this, to have a further look at it prior to Report Stage to see if there is any mechanism in this regard to deal with the supply and, more particularly, the use. It is not uncommon to see two teenagers, whom I regard to be very young, on a scooter, and I fear in many cases for their safety. This is a safety issue and I ask the Minister to look at it further on Report Stage. I take the points made.
