I move amendment No. 13:

In page 13, to delete lines 1 to 3 and substitute the following: “(d) in relation to a policy in respect of a fleet owner or motor trader—

(i) the names of any persons mentioned in the policy, and

(ii) where applicable, the class of driver whose liability is proposed to be covered by the policy;”.”.
