Those services include mail services, the sale of stamps, e-commerce and click-and-collect for parcels. The provision of social welfare and all of the security around that, which includes safes and all of that, is not provided through PostPoint. If a post office closes, we now put in a new-looking PostPoint unit. It is not self-service. I think it is possible to weigh parcels but customers still need to interact with a member of staff.
