I will take the last question first. Our understanding from the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications is that that still has to go through a formal process in respect of state aid approval. In parallel, however, we will kick off discussions in early July on the dispersal model. We will parallel that in track. That would be in partnership with An Post, the IPU and the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications. I believe the Department of Finance wants to be involved as well. We welcomed that the Minister and her officials were able to get to this stage so early in the year in the agreement on the funding. We also now recognise there is an urgency in communicating the dispersal model. It is fine that postmasters know there is €30 million, but everybody wants to know what is in it for them. I think I will be able to give a more precise answer once we have the first meeting at the beginning of July. That is already in the diary. It is a matter of not dragging this out until November.
