We need to see addiction as part and parcel of the health system. There should be no wrong door. If a person shows up in an accident and emergency department, if a person is a long stayer in hospital or wherever the person in trouble is and in, they are open to going for treatment whether it is in our tier-four services or with the kind of services that our colleagues present provide, that the pathway is straight forward and easy.
