I move amendment No. 44:
In page 66, lines 16 and 17, to delete “have had, a disability within the meaning of section 2(1) of the Disability Act 2005.” and substitute the following:“be persons with disabilities within the meaning of Article 1 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.”.
