I move amendment No. 6:

In page 7, between lines 14 and 15, to insert the following:

"(1) Section 8 of the Principal Act is amended by the substitution of the following subsection for subsection (1): "(1) The principles set out in subsections (2) to (10) shall apply for the purpose of all interactions in respect of a relevant person, and persons shall give effect to those principles accordingly.".".

The amendment is related to amendment No. 7. I will just move the amendment and press it.
