There is serious congestion in T1. There will be nine during the first wave on Friday, ten during the first wave on Saturday, nine during the first wave on Sunday and ten during the first wave on Monday. Is that sufficient? What I am hearing is that, if there are 12 lanes open, people are probably looking at an hour of a wait. Over the weekend, there were six open in each terminal at peak periods.
