In page 129, after line 9, to insert the following: “Amendment of section 3 of Principal Act
148. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended, in subsection (1)—(a) by the insertion of “23C,” after “23B,”, and
(b) by the insertion of “48C,” after “48B,”.”
