People may have the disease and currently be asymptomatic. As Mr. Lawrence Murphy said, he did not realise until after he was cured that he did not feel good before the cure. Some people are not living their lives to the full. This is called a silent killer. People do not talk about it enough. The other big reason for the silent killer tag is that if left untreated, it can and does progress to significant liver damage, liver cancer and possibly death.
