In terms of a drive to eliminate hepatitis C by 2030, it is a very serious issue. There are those accessibility issues that need to be solved and they are compounded by capacity issues. Even if it is possible to make testing accessible, how can the capacity in the system be filled out to make sure people can be reached, linked into services appropriately and supported through the treatment process? Another concern for clinicians and people working in healthcare is the drop-off between diagnosis and care and then sustaining care and getting out the other end.
