I wish to make one brief point. I wish to clarify a matter for our report writing after this session. In terms of the recommendations, we have spoken a good deal about the postcode lottery. Would I be right in assuming that currently there is no central collection of figures and recommendations and it is quite possible every coroner is making the exact same recommendations about the exact same cause of death without anyone putting them all together and joining the jigsaw?
