With regard to retrospective regulation of surrogacy arrangements, if my recollection is correct it has not really come up during discussions while we drafted the principles. We can have a look at the archives and minutes and see whether different positions or debate have come up in this regard. We will take that question with us and write back to the committee, if that is okay.
