I move amendment No. 23:

In page 35, between lines 17 and 18, to insert the following: "(d) the rationale for the ranking of names submitted to the Minister or the Minister for Foreign Affairs.".

I withdraw the amendment on the basis that I may reintroduce it on Report Stage.
