There is an anomaly in the system in that, for example, with construction plant fitting the Cork MTU campus is the only centre in the country delivering that to phase 4 and phase 6 apprentices and, therefore, if somebody is doing a construction plant fitting apprenticeship in Donegal, for example, the apprentice can only go to one place to do the phase 4 and phase 6 portions, and that is to Cork.
