The public have a right to information as well. We have this supposedly open government approach. My distinct impression is that, at best, we are going to end up with a fragmented system where we will have a piece from the Charities Regulator, we will have gaps because Benefacts covered a much wider remit and we will not have the oversight. It is as if there is a management of information that is the opposite of what is desired in terms of the open government approach. The public have an interest in this. It is their money. Does that factor in at all?
