As the Deputy says, in 2014 Benefacts was formed with 50% Department of Public Expenditure and Reform funding. It was a pilot programme, it was always a pilot programme and it was never going to be a Department of Public Expenditure and Reform programme. It was at a time when, as the Deputy said, there was very little data available on the charities sector in particular, and that is why we funded it on a pilot basis. The reality is that we engaged with the potential funders in government in regard to whether this was something they were prepared to fund or take over. In the course of 2020, for various reasons – for their own reasons, and I am not even fully sighted on them - the charities regulator-----
