Withdrawal from Irish Banking Market: Engagement with Ulster Bank and KBC Ireland

One could argue there is an Achilles heel in our transaction deal.

We have committed to taking over 25 branches without customers. It is our intention to try to attract customers to those branches. Naturally, in the Deputy's constituency, we would love his help to try to make that happen but I appreciate that it may not be possible. We want to try to retain the customers that are in the Ulster Bank branches. It is a risk, however,
