Now, 1 million customers have to find a new banking home. I will direct my first comments to Ms Howard. Ulster Bank has started to issue letters and KBC will do so from next month. How many letters have been issued to customers by the bank to advise them to close their accounts? How many letters are expected to issue each month over the coming period?
