I welcome that. It is a welcome recognition. What about the 12-week rule? This harks back to some of the points Senator Currie made. It is quite a cumbersome first draft of the Bill. It should not take 12 weeks for an employer to respond. In a market where we are hoping to attract very skilled employees, surely we need more flexibility. What was the thinking behind insisting on a three-month timeline for a response from an employer?
